He further <br />stated that if he does not .receive that amount <br />from General Tree Service within thi~a~ty days, he <br />will pay I~2rs. Ryan out of his pocket, <br />Falcon Heights Cities Mr. Robert Leonard, accompanied by Mr. John McDonough, <br />Service Station: was present at the requ®st of the Council. Mr. Leonard <br />advised he would keep only faun used cars for sale <br />on the premises of the service station and would, <br />to the 'best of his ability, carry out the stipulations <br />made when conditional use permit was granted by the <br />Council on September 25, 1963. <br />Bethel College - bdr. Warren Eastland, attorney representing Bethel <br />Proposed Apartment College, and Mr. Malmsten of the faculty of Bethel <br />Buildings were present, along with the builder, Mr. George <br />~dartens, Letter from George W. Plant, chairman <br />of the Planning Commission was read. It is the <br />recommendation of this Commission that the new' <br />application for variance submitted by Bethel <br />College be approved. Blank moved the following <br />Resolution be adopted bT~ the Village Council: <br />~1HEREAS, Bethel College has submitted a neap <br />application for variance and filed same with the <br />Village Clerk for the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the new application has been referred <br />to the Planning Commission for the Village of Falcon <br />Heights, and <br />4~HEREAS, it is the recommendation ~f the <br />Planning Commission that the variance be approved <br />by the Village Council, <br />NOS, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights that <br />variance application made by Bethel College on the <br />17th day of April 1964 for use of property described <br />as Lot 7, Block 13, Northome 3rd Addition within the <br />Vil7.age of Falcon Heights for construction of an <br />eight unit apartment building is hereby approved. <br />The clerk is instructed to forward a copy t~3 the <br />Building Inspector and instruct him to issue the <br />required building permit. <br />Motion was seconded by Nilsen, Upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the above resolution was adopted on <br />the 22nd day of April. 196., <br />Little League Baseball The deputy clerk was instructed to advise the Little <br />Requests use of Village League that Friday, hday $, 196I~ would be granted them <br />Hall: for use of the Village Hall for a meeting. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
