The church <br />intends to extend lot 19 to allow for increase in off- <br />Barthel Villas -Lot 19: street parking facilities and to provide entrance on <br />Holton Avenue, Engineer Lemberg was instructed to prepare <br />a letter to the new chairman of the Board and inform him <br />of past action and agreements made with regard to lot 19 <br />and the surrounding lots o~med by the church. <br />Amendment to Ordinance The following resolution was introduced by Blacks <br />6t~: <br />WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Planning <br />Commission of the Village of Falcon Heights that <br />Ordinance 64, which is entitled 'Falcon Heights Zoning <br />Ordinance" be ascended as follows, ~: _ <br />strike section 1lt.2 (l~.4) of said ordinance which <br />provided in part :Multiple Durellings. At least one <br />and three-tenths (1.3) parking places per dwelling <br />unit. <br />i <br />and inserting in its place the following: <br />1~t.2 (!~.lt) Multiple ~ellings. At least one and <br />one~alf (1.5) parking places per gelling unit, cad <br />WHEREAS, the Village Attorney for Falcaz Heights <br />has been consulted regarding this proposed amendment to <br />Ordinance 6~, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has held discussion <br />and considered adoption of this asrendgent to Ordinance <br />Nuscber 61t, <br />N~f, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE V1I~,E1GE COUNCIL <br />OF 'giE Village of Falcon Heights that a Public Hearing <br />be held on said proposed amendment to said ordinance on <br />May- 13, l96?~ at 8:00 P.M. in the Village Hall, 16l~, West <br />Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Warkentien seconded the motion and a vote was taken <br />thereon. The following vote was recorded: Ayes; Nilsen, <br />Mortensen, Warkentien, Stone, and Black.
