2109 <br />Killmer Nurseries - ~. Killmer and ~[r. Reitz were present r®garding us• <br />Land Uses of Killmer's property. His land is noa zoned B-1 A and <br />it their desire to construct apartment buildings. It <br />was suggested that Reitz contact the I~idwr®st Planning <br />and Research firm for consultation before proceeding. <br />These gentlemen were furnished with copy of Subdivision <br />Ordinance No. 69 for their information. <br />Licensed Plumbers - Erin Spandau, Village Plumbing Inspector, advised that <br />Permits: certain plumbers were 'pulling' permits for work in <br />the Village and were using licensed plumber's fires to <br />do so. In order to enforce Ordinance No. ~5, the <br />Plumbing Inspector was authorized by the Village Council <br />to hang a red tag on anry plumbing work being done if it <br />appears that 'pulling' of permit is being done. The red <br />tag is to be in effect until such time as the plumber <br />shrn~ra written authority that he has been sub-contracted <br />by the licensed plumber. <br />Roberts Apartments - Attorney Qalvin advised that Roberts has re-purchased the <br />thirteeen feet of land that had, been the cease of concern. <br />Conveyance of Z'here is now an easement on a part of this thirteen feet <br />Property and so that the ad3oining property owner may use driver~vay to <br />Assessments reach his garage. It is the suggestion of the Council <br />Re-appvrtioneds that the Zoning Administrator look at the garage on the <br />adjoining Brooks Church property to determine if the side <br />lot requirements are in accord with Village Ordina~es. <br />~dotion was made by ~ortenson, seconded by Black that the <br />follovring resolution be adopted.. <br />1lPFiEREAB the folloRing described real estate located <br />within the Village of Falcon Heights is subject to <br />assessments for Sanitary Saner and Water fain, which <br />improvements were made by the Village of Falcon Heights <br />and the benefited property was assessed pursuant to statute: <br />(A) Subject to County Road A; the W 110 ft. of <br />E 268.62 ft. of S 265.125 ft. of SW 1/!~ of Sec. 16, T,29, R. 23. <br />(B) Subject to County Road A; the W 61.86 ft of <br />E330.1~8 ft. of S 265.125 ft of SW 1/?~ of Sec. 16,T29, R 23. <br />In the amount of $985.38 for Sanitary Sewer and X797.50 <br />for Water Main, and <br />WHEREAS there has been a conveyance of a portion of <br />this property and these assessments must be reapportioned, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of <br />Falcon Heights that said assessment is reapportioned as <br />follows: <br />(1) Subject to Av®; the W 96.86 ft. of E 255.18 ft. <br />of S 265.125 ofS~f .l/tt of Sec. 16, T. 29, R. 23 <br />In the amount of X702.23 for Water P~a3.n and X867.65 <br />for Sanitary Scsar®r. <br />
