Black moved that the Village buy <br /> the heavy duty Toro !t cycle mower from Falcon Heights <br /> Hax~ctware at the price stated, or less. Warkentien <br /> seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Police Departments Warkentien moved that the Village Council authorize the <br />Loudspeaker for Police Department to purchase at a cost not to exceed <br />squad cars X152.50 installed, the loud speaker system as listed on <br />Police Department Requisition #l. - 196l~. Motion was <br />seconded by Black and carried. <br />Justice of the Peace A lengthy discussion was held regarding police officers, <br />Court: justices of the peace, morale of officers, etc. <br />Bilks Mortensen moved that the follaring bills be paid. <br />Warkentien seconded, and motion was carried. <br />Stanley P.
