2118 <br />NO9~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B7~ THE VIt,LAGE <br />COUNCIL of Falcon Heights thats <br />1. The extension of said parking lot is authorized. <br />Said extension to extend over the following lots <br />North edge of Lot 18 and South 30 feet of Lot l9. <br />2. All plans and specifications for said improvement <br />of parking lot to be approved by the village consulting <br />engineer and said work to be certified completed to the <br />Village Council. <br />3. The improvement of said parking lot not to <br />decrease the volumetric meter of the ponding area now <br />comprised of Lots 1.?a., 15, that portion of Lot 19, not <br />encompassed in improvement, Lots 20 and 21, Block 1, <br />Barthel Villas according to the plat on file in the <br />record of the office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br />~. <br />!~. Z'he foregoing resolution shall not modify in <br />any terms the previous agreements entered into between <br />the Falcon Heights Congregational Church and the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, <br />Upon a vote being taken, the above resolution was <br />unanimously adopted on this 10th day of June 196l~. <br />Request for 'No Mr. Lyford also discussed advantages of placing ENO <br />Parking on Sunday Parking on Sunday Mornings signs on the north side of <br />Mornings Garden Avenue between Pascal and Holton. This would <br />relieve congestion on Garden Avenue and would also <br />facilitate movement in and out of the parking lot. <br />Hollywood Court Present and wishing to be heard were the follow3xig Hollywood <br />Alleys Improvement: Court residents: Mrs. Donald Nelson, Mrs. Su~aer Hood, <br />Dr. W. Schultz, and rdr. Ben Kuefler. M~ryor Nilsen reviewed <br />previous work done on these alleys. The residents wets <br />informed that these alleys had never been brought up to <br />standard so ,the Village could approve and maintain them. <br />Engineer Lemberg stated that McCrossan, Inc. (eontraetorss <br />who are now completing seal coating and re-surfacing on <br />village streets) advised they would make the necessary <br />improvements on these alleys for an approximate sum of <br />~7So.QO if improvement could be made before they move <br />their trucks and equipment out of this ar®a. <br />The above-mentioned residents stated they would canvass <br />Hollywood Court area in an attempt to collect the X750.00 <br />necessary so work could be accomplished at this time. An <br />amount of $t~.2.00 per residence (18 residences) is the <br />amount agreed upon that they wi11 collect. If the <br />necessary improvements are made to these alleys, and they <br />are brought up to the required standarrd.s of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, they sha11 then be maintained by the <br />Village of Falcon Heights. <br />
