Bids for the <br />Opening of Bids: Lindig Street Surfacing Project having been submitted <br />pursuant to proper legal notices in the suburban Life <br />Newspaper and the Construction Bulletin were then opened. <br />Upon motion by Stone, seconded by Black, the following <br />resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids <br />for the improvement of Lindig Street as platted by <br />bituminous paving and concrete curbs and gutters, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisements <br />
