Dowdell of 1757 North Holton was present <br />Robert Dawdell regarding application for variance of proposed con- <br />1757 No. Holton Avenue: struction of three vertical load bearing columns to <br />be located three feet within the property line. Letter <br />from his neighbor, Mr. Joe Sanderson of 1753 North <br />Holton indicated he approved. Black moved that this <br />application be referred. to the Planning Commssion for <br />consideration and recommendation. Motion was seconded <br />by Stone and duly carried. <br />Conditional Use Permit Conditional Use Permit was submitted by George H, <br />Application - Nelson for a building to house garden tools, disk, <br />George H. Nelson harrow, and small cultivators. Black moved that the <br />16$9 North Cleveland: application for this conditional use r~ermit for an <br />additional building on the proper-fy located at 1689 <br />North.Cleveland Avenue be referred to the Planning <br />Commission, subject to payment of -the fee of X5,00 <br />and also subject to the submission of a diagram giving <br />the dimensions of the proposed building and the proposed <br />distance from the proper~r line. Motion was seconded <br />by Warkentien and upon a vote being taken, motion was <br />carried, <br />Mobile Home Park Query: Letter from Walter Ranik of 5100 Quail Avenue North <br />in Minneapolis expressing interest in building a Mobile <br />Home Park in this village was read. Deputy Clerk was <br />instructed to write inquiring as to locations he may <br />be considering. <br />Lindig Street Surfacing <br />Project - gt 8:00 P.Ad, Acting Mayor Warkentien called for bids <br />that may have not reached the council. Bids for the <br />Opening of Bids: Lindig Street Surfacing Project having been submitted <br />pursuant to proper legal notices in the suburban Life <br />Newspaper and the Construction Bulletin were then opened. <br />Upon motion by Stone, seconded by Black, the following <br />resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids <br />for the improvement of Lindig Street as platted by <br />bituminous paving and concrete curbs and gutters, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law, <br />and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisements <br />
