2137 <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />Application - <br />George H. Nelson <br />1689 Cleveland Avenues <br />Variance Application: <br />Robert Dowdell <br />1757 No. Holton: <br />California Avenue Curbs <br />and Gutters <br />Proposed Assessment: <br />~3HEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended <br />that said request for variance be granted inasmuch as <br />2s~. Nelson has shown written approval of his neighbor <br />to the North to locate the building only four feet in <br />lieu of the required five feet from the property lines <br />NOW, ~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights grants the conditional use <br />application made by George H.
