2139 <br />Lighting on Lindig <br />Street Engineer has contacted Ran Vanelli of Northern <br />States Power Company and he will submit proposal <br />as to number of lights recommended for this street. <br />Drainage Problem between Nilsen moved, VYarkentien seconded that the problem <br />Lindig and Tatum Streets; of drainage between Lindig and Tatum Streets be <br />referred to the Engineer and he is authorized to <br />make a survey of drainage and advise the Council as <br />to the best possible solution. Upon a vote being <br />taken, the motion was carried. <br />RESOLUTION Declaring cost <br />to be Assessed and Ordering 1VHEREA5, contracts have been let for the 'rater <br />Preparation of Proposed Main and Sanitary Sewer Improvement of 1963 and the <br />Assessment for T~aterLgain and Lindig Avenue Curb and Gutter Surfacing Improvement <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement of and the contract price for such improvements is <br />1963 and X151,305.88, and the expenses incurred or to be <br />Lindig Avenue Curb and. incurred in the m-~k ing of said improvement amount <br />Gutter Surfacing to ?22,885.32, so that the total cost of the <br />Improvement: improvement will be 171,191,20 and of this cost <br /> the City of Saint Paul has agreed to pay as its <br /> share $7,531.73 and the Village will pay ~;~1,915.9? <br /> as its share, <br />NOPd, THERLFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, PJIINNESOTA: <br />1. The cost of such improvements to be <br />specially assessed. is hereby declared to be <br />$16l~, 73.50. <br />2, The Village Clerk, with the assistance of <br />the Village Consulting Engineer shall forthwith <br />calculate the proper amount tb be specially assessed. <br />for such improvement against every assessable lot, <br />piece or parcel of land within the district affected, <br />without regard to cash valuation, as provided by laws <br />and he sha11 file a copy of such proposed assessment <br />in his office for public inspection. <br />3.
