21t~2 REGULAR MEETING OF AUGUST 26, 196lt The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M, with the following members present: Mayor Harold C. Nilsen; Clerk W. A. Mortenson; Trustees Willis Warken tien, Charles P. Stone, and tiYilliam Black. Also present were Treasurer William E, Olsen, Attorney ~~~ichael Galvin, and Engineer Brad Lemberg and Deputy Clerk Tina Vavoulis. Correspondence: Increase in charges Letter dated August 11, 196.from the Water Department for users of St. of the City of Saint Paul stated that it is necessary Paul water: for them to increase demand charges, consumption charges and connection schedule costs effective September 1st. Sewer Rental charges Letter dated August 2Lt, 1964 from Bureau of Valuations for 1965: of the City of Saint Paul stated that sewer rental charges for 1965 shall remain the same as 19bl~. Flaherty Lanes, Ine. Letter of August 11 from Attorney Patrick Flaherty advised that his father had sold stock in the bowling lanes located in this Village to Clement Lehnen.
