21l~1~. <br />1 <br />Proposed Assessment It was deemed advisable to notify residents in the Falcon <br />foods area that the formula used to determine the assessment <br />WaterMain and Sanitary on each individual lot is based on the cost of the <br />Severer Improvement 1963s improvement of that entire area. That cost is then <br />divided by the number of benefited lots. The reason for <br />assessing in this manner is that the lots are not regular <br />or usual, but are odd shaped lots, with many curves. <br />The follorrri.ng resolution was introduced by Black: <br />Proposed Plan for WHEREAS, Joseph D, Bianchi is the owner of certain <br />Proposed Bividion real estate located in the Village of Falcon Heights, and <br />of an Existing Lot <br />VPHEREAS, said owner has submitted to the Village <br />submitted by Council plans and data pursuant to Ordinance No. 69 of <br />Joseph D. Bianchi: the Village of Falcon Heights for a proposed plan for the <br />proposed division of an existing lot by metes and bounds <br />description of that real estate, and <br />VPHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights and the Village Engineers have reviewed the plans <br />and data as sutmitd and conclude that said plans and <br />data meet the obje tives of !;he ordinances and regulations <br />of the Villa ge, and <br />1 <br />WHII~EAS, it is necessary that said plans and data be <br />referred to the Planning Commission of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights for tk~eir study, consideration and recommendations, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VRI,AGE COUNCJZ <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights thats <br />1. The proposed plans and data for said proposed <br />division of an existing lot by metes and bounds description <br />is hereby given preliminary approval by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights. <br />2. Said proposed plans and data for said proposed <br />division of an existing lot are hereby referred to the <br />Village Planning Commission for their study, review and <br />recommendation to the Village Council as soon as practical. <br />The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was <br />seconded by Warkentien and upon a vote being taken, the <br />above resolution was adopted this 26th day of August 196. <br />1 <br />Bi11s: Stone moved, Black seconded that the follc~ing bills be <br />paid: <br />Salaries for last half of August 2,018.87 <br />Ramsey County Treasurer -Assmt. & Prlailing list 66.21 <br />P~Li.nn.
