Due to heavy <br />rains of the past week, the ponding area remains a problem <br />Barthel Villas: despite the installation of dry wells. Discussion was held <br />on the possibility of installing a storm sewer. Mayor Nilsen <br />read a letter from Milton Rosen, Commissioner of Public <br />i~dorks of St. Paul regarding the St. Anthony Storm Sewer <br />Project. It would appear that the only solution at the <br />present time, until storm sewers can be installed, is to <br />fence the property around the ponding area so that children <br />are kept out. <br />
