2147 <br />Galvin advised that Police Commissioner Arndt had <br />been contacted regarding the loud noises in repairing <br />of these cars, pounding out fenders, etc. This eould be <br />considered in violation of Ordinance No. 20 as a <br />nuisance. The violators should be tagged under State <br />Statute Section 609.74. <br />Lindig Street - Black stated that about ten days ago he had orally received <br />Subdivision of Land report that the Bianchi proposed subdivision of land had <br />-Joseph Biahchi been approved by the Planning Commission. To date, no <br />Propertys written confirmation has been received. After discussion, <br />the following resolution yeas introduced by Nilsen ~vho moved <br />its adoption: <br />'~JHEREAS, Mr, Joseph D. Bianchi has submitted to the <br />Falcon Heights Village Council a request for subdivision <br />of his existing lot pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />69, Article 3, and <br />'+d-1II~EAS, the Village Council, after reviewing said <br />application has referred the request to the Falcon heights <br />Planning Commission for its recommendations, and <br />ti'1HEREAS, the Falcon Heights Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of said proposed sub-division, <br />NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT_ RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF FALCON HEIGHTS, ^gLr~dNESOTA THAT <br />1. The Village Clerk be instructed to publish a <br />notice of public hearing in a, legal newspaper, said <br />notice to be published September 16 calling said hearing <br />September 23, 1964 at 7:30 P.T~I. <br />2. The Public Hearing to be held September 23 at 7:30 <br />P.~4. to hear all people interested in the proposed sub- <br />division. <br />The foregoing motion was seconded by Black, and upon a vote <br />being taken, the resolution was adopted by the Village <br />Council this 9th day of September 1964. <br />HEARING <br />Proposed Assessment - Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Hearing was <br />Cal ifornia Avenue called at 8:00 P.I. to hear all persons present as regards <br />Improvement by the the assessment against ai~utting property for the improve- <br />construction of curbs rent of California Avenue by the construction of curbs and <br />and gutterss gutters.
