Bianchi has submitted to the Falcon Heights Village Council a request for subdivision of his existing lot pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 69, Article 3, and '+d-1II~EAS, the Village Council, after reviewing said application has referred the request to the Falcon heights Planning Commission for its recommendations, and ti'1HEREAS, the Falcon Heights Planning Commission has recommended approval of said proposed sub-division, NOW, TH~EFORE, BE IT_ RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, ^gLr~dNESOTA THAT 1. The Village Clerk be instructed to publish a notice of public hearing in a, legal newspaper, said notice to be published September 16 calling said hearing September 23, 1964 at 7:30 P.T~I. 2.
