2159 <br />The motion for the adoption oz the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Black, and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereofr T~Tilsen, <br />T~~~ortenson, 1~tarkentien, Stone and Black; and the <br />following voted against the same: none. j~dhereupon <br />said resolution was duly declared passed and adopted, <br />this 23rd day of September 196.. <br />Lindig Curb and. Gutter Stone moved, seconded by B"lack that Hearing on the <br />and Surfacing - Proposed Proposed Assessment for Lindig Street Curb and Gutter <br />Assessment Hearing;: Project be continued, also the street construction cost <br />and blacktop cost of the street. Black moved., seconded by Stone and carried <br /> that this variance be referred to the Planning Commi- <br /> sion for their consideration & recommendation, <br />Sewer trouble Stone moved, seconded by Nilsen that bill from Roto- <br />1~.37 California Avenues Rooter for sewer repair at 1l~37 California be paid. <br /> Motion carried.( Rosetown Sanitation was called. in <br /> to dig to the sewer line and found a broken the in <br /> the stub, ) <br />Schommeris Swimming Pool The Deputy Clerk was instructed to write Mr. Ray <br />Displays Schommer next February 1st to inform him that the <br /> permit to operate a display swimming pool on the <br /> Falcon Heights Bank lot adjacent to Weber's Cottage <br /> Inn will not be renewed. 'T'here have been numerous <br /> complaints about the general untidy appearance and <br /> he has failed to apply a dust coat to the grounds as <br /> he had originally agreed. <br />~-H Use of Village Hall: Request of Ramsey County ~-H to reserve Village Hall <br /> for afternoons of October 21, October 28, November ~., <br /> and November 11 was granted. Upon a <br />vote being taken, the above motion was carried, <br />Jury cases to be heard: Gal vin advised that on October 5th, jury trials will <br />be held by the Justice of the Peace. <br />Furnace to be Cleaned: Stone moved, bYarkentien seconded that the Fire Department <br />be autr~.orized to have the furnace cleaned inasmuch as January <br />1962 was the last cleaning date. I~~idwest Equipment Service <br />is the low bidder for the job and vrill be contacted. <br />
