217l~ <br />11 <br />September 11, 1963, there was levied upon all of the taxable <br />property in the village a direct general ad valorem tax in the <br />amount of X3,000 to be spread upon the tax rolls and collected with <br />and as a part of the other general property taxes in said Village <br />for the year 1965, to provide moneys for the payment of principal <br />and interest on said bonds, and <br />Resolution T~'~HERF~AS, under Section 175.61, Subd, 3 of the Minnesota Statutes <br />Reducing said tax levy is irrevocable unless there is on hand an excess <br />Tax amount in the Sinking Fund and the fact and amount thereof is <br />Levy: certified to the County Auditor, in which case the County Auditor <br />shall reduce by the amount so certified the amount otherwise to <br />be included in the rolls next thereafter prepared, and <br />WHEREAS, there is now on hand in the "Watermain and Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements of 1963 Fund" an excess amount greater than <br />$3,000, and the Village Council deems it advisable to have this fact <br />certified to the County Auditor under Section l~75.61, Subd. 3 of the <br />Minnesota Statutes so that the County Auditor gill so reduce the tax <br />levy heretofore made, <br />NOSiV, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1 <br />1. The Village Council hereby determines that there is on <br />hand in the "Water:~ain and Sanitary Sewer Improvements of 1963 <br />Fund" an excess amount greater than X3,000, and ~th,at the X3,000 tax <br />levy for the year 1965, made in Section 6 of the resolution of the <br />Council providing for the issuance and. sale of Watermain and Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement Bonds of 1963, adopted on September 11, 1963, and <br />thereafter certified to the Ramsey County Auditor and entered iri the <br />Bond Register of the Ramsey County Auditor on September 23, 1963, shall. <br />be reduced by X3,000 and no amount thereof shall be included by the <br />County Auditor in the tax rolls prepared for the year 1965. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified <br />copy of this resolution with the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota together tiYi.th such other information as he shall require. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded. by member Black and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereofs Nilsen, Mortenson, Warkentien, <br />Stone and Black and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this <br />1l~th day of October 196Z~. <br />1 <br />Budget <br />1965: Stone moved, seconded by Wark®ntien that the follc~ring Resolution <br />be adopted: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights, that the following sums be and they ar® hereby <br />levied upon the taxable property of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />for the year 196l~, collectible in the year 1965. <br />GETt~,AL FUND X71,928.00 <br />FIREiVtEN ~s RELIEF 1.,500.Oa <br />P.
