It is the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission that the variance be granted. <br />The Planning Commission members felt they should recommend <br />to the Village Council that an ordinance be passed which <br />would clarify the set-back requirements for detached <br />buildings and driveways. The present ordinance is not <br />' specific and confusion exists between the building code <br />and Ordinance b1~, honing.
