Motion was carried. <br />RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. PAUL AND <br />ST. PAUL TECHNICAL CO~~biITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights is participating <br />and cooperating with similarly situated municipalities of <br />Ramsey County in financing a sewer study and rate analysis <br />being made by Greeley and Hanson, Engineers, Chicago, Illinois, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said study, together with recommendations, has <br />been completed and delivered to the respective communities <br />participating in the study, and <br />~`~IEREAS, the conclusions reached in this study indicate <br />that the present sewer fee schedule for services made by the <br />City of St. Paul appear to be inequitable and that the present <br />rate structure should be modified, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights has concluded that <br />there should be a renegotiation of the serer service contract <br />presently existing between the City of St. Paul. and the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, and <br />WHEREAS, copies of the Greeley and Hanson report have been <br />made available to the general public and it is probable that <br />there may be general misunderstanding as to the prprpcra• of <br />initiating the study and the circumstances surrounding the <br />conclusions and recommendations contained therein that may <br />unjustly reflect against officers and officials now sitting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Falcon heights <br />Village Council in an effort to maintain a cooperative and <br />
