2209 <br />Arthur Jorgenson Mr. Jorgenson of 1711 North Albert, submitted proposed plans for <br />Apartment Building apartment building, also conditional use request for <br />near Tattam and same on the property presently owned by George Gasperro <br />Larpenteur - at Tatum and Larpenteur. Engineer reeomnended that Mr. <br />Conditional Use Jorgenson have the property surveyed, and also that he <br />Application: try to obtain additional eight to ten feet. Black moved <br /> that the conditional use request and variance application <br /> submitted by Arthur Jorgenson for the property described as <br /> follows be referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> Unplatted lands - Sub to Co Rd A and Tatum Street <br /> the S 333 ft of W 1/3 of S 1/2 of W 1/2 of E 60 <br /> acres of SW 1/~, of 16 29 23 <br />Referral to the Planning Commission is sob~ect to the <br />applicant's obtaining an up-to-date survey of the entire <br />property. Motion was seconded by Strandquist and carried. <br />Arthur Jorgenson - After discussion regarding the general unkempt appearance <br />Property adjacent to of empty lot ormed by Mr. Jorgenson adjacent to his <br />1711 No. Alberta home, (referred to in minutes of September 9, 196.) he <br />stated he would clean it up in the spring. <br />Proposed Amendment Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Ordinance No. 6l~ - adoptions <br />Re: B-lA Limited <br />Business and Proc- WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Village <br />essing District: Council of the Village of Falcon Heights that Ordinance <br />6!~ as published, contains a defect and omission of drafts- <br />manship, and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights to amend said ordinance by <br />amending Section 10 and Section 11, as shown in the draft <br />of amendment prepared by the Village Attorney, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota refer the matter to the <br />Planning Commission and request the Commission's approval <br />of the proposed amendment. <br />Motion was seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor thereofs Nilsen, Strandquist, <br />Warkentien, Stone and Black; and the following voted against <br />the sames None, Whereupon the resolution was adopted this <br />10th day of February 1965. <br />Proposed Apartment Mr. Clarence Lame has submitted plans for four 60-unit <br />Buildings.- Killmer's apartment buildings to be built on the property presently <br />Nurseries Property: known as Killmer's Nurseries. The Village Engineer was <br />instructed to make examination of same and make report <br />to the Council. <br />Proposed Bills before Representative Robert Ashbach has directed,for the <br />State Legislature - Council's review, four bills scheduled for presentation <br />Re: Minnesota State to this session of the Legislature. Each one pertains <br />Agricultural Society: to Falcon Heights inasmuch as each concerns the Minnesota <br />State Agricultural Society and amendments to statutes. <br />i <br />1 <br />1 <br />
