2z15 REGULAR MEETING OF FEBRUARY 2~., 1965 The regular meeting was called to order at 7100 P.M. with the following. members present: Mapor Harold Nilsen; Clerk Herbert Strandquist; Trustees Willis Warkentien, Charles P. Stone and William Black. Also present were Engineer Lemberg, Attorney Galvin and Deputy Clerk Tina Vavoulis. Stone moved, seconded by Black that the minutes of the regular meeting of February 10, 1965 be approved. Motion carried. Stone moved, seconded by Black that the minutes of the special meeting of February 17 be approved. Motion carried. Correspondences A.T. Thorson Letter of congratulations from the A. T. Thorsons at Finest street 1879 Simpson Strest on the finest street maintenance in maintenances the Turin City area was read. Clerk was instructed to write a 'thank you' letter in reply. Publication of Carl Pearson, Certified Public Accountant, has requested Financial Statement: that publication of the financial statement for the year 196l~ be deferred until completion of the audit. He expects to have audit completed by March 10. Request was granted. Purchase of secretarial Strandquist moved for authorization to purchase one desk and two chairs used secretarial desk at a cost of $110 and two new for offices chairs at a cost of $30 each, for use in the clerk's office. Motion was seconded by Stone and carried. Escrow Account 2156 American National Banks Letter of February 19 from the American National Bank and enclosure of most recent statement in connection with the Escrow Account was read.
