2220 <br /> WHEREAS, the attorney for the Village of Falcon <br /> RESOLUTION Heights has been consulted in the preparation of <br /> Approving passage proposed Ordinance No. 71, and <br /> of Ordinance No. <br /> 71: WHEREAS, the Village Council has held discussions <br /> to consider adoption of proposed Ordinance 71, <br /> NONE, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village <br /> Council of the Village of Falcon Heights that Ordinance <br /> No. 71 amending Ordinance No, 64 entitled "The Zoning <br /> Ordinance of Falcon Heights, related to a comprehensive <br /> amendment and rezoning of the Village amending Ordinance <br /> No. 8 originally passed by the Village of Falcon Heights <br /> on October 21, 1949," be approved for passage, <br /> The motion for passage of Ordinance No. 71 was seconded <br /> by Stone and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, Warkentien, <br /> Stone and Black, and the following voted against sames <br /> None, Whereupon said Ordinance was declared adopted <br /> this 10th day of March 1965 to be in full force and <br /> effect from and after its publication according to law, <br /> HEARING <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Hearing was <br /> Subdivision of Land called to order at 8:30 P.M, to hear all persons present <br /> George Gasparro Lot <br />1905 W, Larpenteurs with regard tp application made by George Gasparro <br />to subdivide property known as the South three hundred <br /> thirty feet of the West one-half of the East sixty <br /> acres of the South one-quarter of Section 16, T~rsp. 29, <br /> Range 23 sub3ect to Larpenteur Avenue in the Village <br /> of Falcon Heights. <br />The following resolution was introduced by Black who <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />Approving Sub- WHEREAS, George Gasparro is the owner of certain <br />division of real estate located in the Village of Falcon Heights <br />Lands zoned for multiple family residdntial dwellings, and <br />WHEREAS, said owner has submitted to the Village <br />Council plans and data pursuant to Ordinance 69, <br />Paragraph 3 of said Village for a proposed plan .for <br />a subdivision of an existing lot by metes and bounds <br />description, and the council reviewed said. preliminary <br />plans on February 10, 196,5 and referred them to the <br />Village Planning Commission pursuant to said Ordinance, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on March 8, 1965 the Planning Commission <br />approved the preliminary subdivision plans as submitted <br />by said owner and the Village of Falcon Heights Council <br />then ordered a Public Hearing to be held on March 10, <br />1965 at 8s30 P.M, and published mailed notice was given <br />as required by statate, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDs <br />1.
