2227 <br />WHEREAS, said project has been fully completed <br />and accepted by the Village Council, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS, that said invested <br />and uninvested funds be and are hereby transferred <br />from the construction fund account to the sinking <br />fund account for said improvement. <br />The motion was seconded by Stone and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, <br />Warkentien and Stone, and the following voted against <br />the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was duly <br />declared passed and adopted this 2ltth day of March, 1965. <br />Financial Statement Certified Public Accountant Garl Pearson was present <br />for year ended ~?ecember and advised that Financial Statement and Audit for the <br />31, 196l~s year ended December 31, 196l~ has been completed. <br /> Copies of same and Accountants' report were distributed <br /> to council members. Warkentien moved that the Village <br /> Clerk b® authorized to submit the Financial Statement <br /> to the legal newspaper for official publication. Motion <br /> was seconded by Stone and was carried. <br /> The following resolution was introduced by member <br /> Nilsen who moved its adoptions <br />Resolution Reapportioning WHEREAS, the property within the Village of Falcon <br />Certain Assessments as Heights described as Lot 5, Block 2 Lindig Addition <br />a Result of Conveyance is sub3ect to assessments for local improvements for <br />of Real Estate - sanitary sewer, water mains, and streets and curbs and <br /> gutters, and <br />Lot 5, Block 2 <br />Lindig Addition: WHEREAS, there has recently been a conveyance <br /> of a portion of the property described above and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to reapportion the afore- <br />said assessments in an equitable manner against the <br />existing tracts, <br />~N04Y, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights reapportion: <br />the original assessment against the described real <br />estate as follows: <br />1. Except the South 300', lot 5, Block 2, Lindig <br />Addition shall be assessed in the following manners <br />a. Severer and water assessment - X1,585.02 <br />b. Lindig street and curb and <br />gutter assessment ~ 996.92 <br />2. The North 160' of the South 3001 of Lot 5, <br />Block 2 Lindig Addition shall be assessed in the <br />following manner: <br />a.
