Front lot set back of twenty feet from the <br />property line to the main building line. <br />2. Side yard set back of fifteen feet from the <br />alley property line to the main building line. <br />3. A ten foot set back from the rear property <br />line to parking lot. <br />fit. Parking lot surfacing, screening, landscaping, <br />lighting, bumperi_ng and drainage as provided in <br />the provisions of Ordinance 6~. and noted on <br />Exhibit A, and sub3ect to final approval of the <br />Village Engineer. <br />5. The proposed sign, shown on Exhibit B which <br />is an arehitect~s sketch on file in the office <br />of the Clerk and is made a part hereof by reference, <br />will be located not closer than two feet from the <br />Snelling property line and said sign not to b® <br />located closer than five feet from the south <br />property line, and it will be pa rallel to <br />Larpenteur Avenue. <br />6. Aesthetic treatment to be given property between <br />the street and the building subject to final <br />approval of the Village Engineer. <br />7, The exact final location of all structures and <br />lot grading and draining shall be subject to the <br />approval of the Village Engineer who will check <br />the location of the existing public utilities on <br />said lot prior to the issuance of the necessary <br />building permit. <br />Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Warkentien and upon a vote being <br />taken, the resolution was adopted by the Village <br />Council this 2l~th day of March 1965. <br />WaterMain and <br />Sanitary Sewer Nilsen introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Tmprovement of its adoption: <br />1963s <br />WHEREAS, the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement of 1963 has been completed and <br />WHEREAS, there remains in the construction fund <br />Of said improvement invested and uninvested funds as <br />Of Iris date, and <br />
