2231 <br />use upon the health, safety, welfare of the <br />community existing and anticipated, traffic <br />conditions, light and air, danger of fire, risk <br />to the public safety and effect on values in the <br />surrounding area and the effect of the proposed <br />variance and conditional use on the Village of <br />Falcon Heights, and <br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission referred the <br />matter with its recommendations to the Village <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has revieured the <br />plans and specifications, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOT,VED by the Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights: <br />1. The conditional use applied for to construct <br />multiple dwelling units in a B-la area be and is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. A variance in off-street parking from 1.5 <br />spaces per unit to 1.38 spaces per unit, said project <br />to include 2I~ double garages, all as shown on the <br />plot plan, be and is hereby granted, <br />3. Said conditional use and variance are hereby <br />granted subject to the review of the Village Consulting <br />Engineer of the plot plan dated March 31, 1965 as sub- <br />mitted to the Planning Commission and the Council. <br />!~. Prior to the issuance of the building permit, <br />all plans and specifications shall also be approved <br />by the Village Building Inspector and the Villag® <br />Consulting Engineer. <br />Strandquist seconded the motion and upon a vote <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Nilsen, <br />5trandquist, Stone and Black, and the follcrnring <br />voted against same: None.
