The conditional use applied for to construct <br />multiple dwelling units in a B-la area be and is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. A variance in off-street parking from 1.5 <br />spaces per unit to 1.38 spaces per unit, said project <br />to include 2I~ double garages, all as shown on the <br />plot plan, be and is hereby granted, <br />3. Said conditional use and variance are hereby <br />granted subject to the review of the Village Consulting <br />Engineer of the plot plan dated March 31, 1965 as sub- <br />mitted to the Planning Commission and the Council. <br />!~.
