22l~1. <br />Tatum Street <br />Drainages Vernon Whittlef of 1775 Tatum and Harold Sandstrom of <br /> 1765 Tatum were present, After discussion, members of <br /> the Council recommended that the Village Attorney, the <br /> Village Engineer and Mayor Nilsen consult with the <br /> Kernmers and the Becks in another effort to obtain ease- <br /> ment on their properties. <br />Ed Webster - Ed Webster, owner of the Webster Billiard Lounge sub- <br />Conditional Use witted Conditional Use application for a teen-age dance <br />Application for hall at 153t~ West Larpenteur. Black moved, seconded by <br />Teen-age Dance Warkentien that application be referred to the Planning <br />Hall: Commission for consideration and recommendation. Carried. <br />Russell Bacon Equip- Russell Bacon of 33.5 Colfax Avenut South, Minneapolis <br />went - Radars was present. Warkentien moved that authorization be <br /> granted for purchase of Muni Quip Corporation Radar, <br /> Model 1200, Series 65. Purchase of same-far X975.00 shall <br /> include training of officers in competent use of the <br /> equipment, carrying case, and consultation with village <br /> attorney, which will enable the village to prove the <br /> adequacy of the equipment. Motion was seconded by <br /> Black and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br /> in favor thereofs Nilse9,, Strandquist, Stone and Black <br /> and Warkentien. The following voted against same: <br /> None. Whereupon the foregoing motion was carried. <br />Master Plumber's Having met the requirements, it was moved by Strand- <br />License: quilt, seconded by Black that Master Plumber's License <br /> be issued for the following - to expire June 30, 1965: <br /> Stanford Schnapp - Al's Plumbing and Heating, Inc. <br /> 8392 Center Drive, Minneapolis <br /> Upon a vote being taken, motion was carried. <br />Trews Stone moved that pending inquiry as to village policy <br /> relating to planting boulevard trees, the Village Council <br /> .authorize the Northland Tree Service to cable the taree~: <br /> at 1380 Idaho at a cost of X10.00 and to remove the stump <br /> at 1525 Idaho for the usual price for removing stumps. <br /> Strandquist seconded motion and it was carried. <br />Reservation of Pursuant to request, Warkentien moved, Strandquist seconded. <br />Village Ha11.s that the North Star Little League's request for use of <br />the Village Hall on May 13 at 8x00 P.M. be granted, <br />Motion carried. <br />North Suburban Listing of names of council members in the North Suburban <br />Directorys Directory was deemed unnecessary. <br />Manhole Signs Request for manhole sign removal at 1880 North Snelling <br />should be referred to State Highway Departm®nt. <br />Photographic Studio After review, it appears that M, Craighead at 1365 West <br />1365 Vest Iowan Iowa is not in violation of Ordinance 64 inasmuch as <br />operations are included in Sec. 3,2 (2!~). <br />L~ <br /> <br />1 <br />
