2258 WHEREAS, it appears that T. A. Schifsl~-and Sons are the lowest responsible bidders, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTAs 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with T. A. Schifsky and Sons in the name of the Village of Falcon Heights for the street and alley and maintenance project of 1965 according to plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion was duly seconded by Nilsen and upon a vote being taken, resolution was adopted by the Village Council this 23rd day of June 1965.
