The Falcon Heights Planning Commission has held <br />Public Hearing an Thursday, July 15, 1965, and in its letter <br />of July 26 to the Village Council has recommended that the <br />B. V. Marschke property and the two adjacent lots in this <br />isolated area remain as R 1 until there is a petition for <br />all three lots to be rezoned to B-la.
