2271 <br />Gallimore be granted license to operate gasoline filling <br />station at 1691 North Snelling Avenue subject to the <br />followings <br />1. There will be no burning of rubbish and waste on <br />the premises. <br />2. Arrangements shall be made by Gallimore to haul away <br />all rubbish and refuse at least twice a week. <br />Upon a vote being taken the following vote was recordeds <br />Ayess A11. Nays: None. Motion carried. <br />HEARING <br />Mayor Nilsen opened the Public Hearing Por considering <br />Rezoning Application the application of B. V. Marschke to rezone the <br />B. V. Marschke following described property from R-1 to B-la classification: <br />1695 North Clevelands <br />The East 1166.69 feet of the North 93.3l~ feet of the <br />South 943.69 feet of the SE 1/?~ of Sec. 17, Tsp. 29, <br />R 23 - also known as 1695 North Cleveland Avenue. <br />The Clerk read official notice of hearing on the rezoning <br />application. The Falcon Heights Planning Commission has held <br />Public Hearing an Thursday, July 15, 1965, and in its letter <br />of July 26 to the Village Council has recommended that the <br />B. V. Marschke property and the two adjacent lots in this <br />isolated area remain as R 1 until there is a petition for <br />all three lots to be rezoned to B-la. These lots, i.f <br />individually handled, will tend to create spot zoning <br />problems. <br />Stone moved, seconded by Black that application for rezoning <br />the above described property be tabled.
