Whereupon Said ordinance was declared adopted this <br />28th day of July 1965 to be in full force and effect from <br />and after its publication according to law. <br />Ramsey County League The Ramsey County League of Municipalities in its letter of <br />of Municipalities July 6 requested that this municipality designate someone <br />to act as liaison man with. the Study Committee on surface <br />and storm water drainage. Inasmuch as this Village is now <br />working out its own common problems with the Village of <br />Roseville, the Council feels it is unnecessary to be <br />included in such a study, <br />Variance Application Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />William E. Olsen adoptions <br />17811 North Pascal <br />Garages WHEREAS, William E, Olsen has made an application for <br />variance from ordinance to build a garage at the rear of <br />his home at 178. North Pascal, and <br />WHEREAS, the matter has been referred to the Planning <br />Commission for the Village of Falcon Heights, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that <br />said application be granted if the side yard set back is <br />held to a minimum of 30 inches in lieu of the two feet <br />requested, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL of Falcon Heights grants the variance application <br />made. by William E. Olsen on June 9, 1965 on the basis of <br />the Planning Commission's recommendation and the plans as <br />submitted with the variance application. Granting of this <br />variance is further conditioned upon removal of any other <br />garage type structures on the property prior to construction. <br />Motion was seconded by Warkentisn and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following was recorded: Ayes: All. Nays; None, <br />Motion carried. <br />Conditional Use Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Application - adoptions <br />Ramsey County <br />Historical WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Historical Society has made <br />Society: an application for conditional use permit to place a one- <br />room country school house on the property located at 2097 <br />West Larpenteur Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, the matter has been referred to the Planning <br />Commission for the Village of Falcon Heights, and <br />L <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that <br />said application to locate a one-room country schoolhouse <br />on the property providing that the rear and side yard set backs <br />be no less than five feet as required by Ordinance 611, <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNGII, OF THE <br />Village of Falcon Heights grants the conditional use permit <br />
