Hearing Continued to September 29, 1965s C ~ /~~~ The following resolution was who moved its adoptions 228l~ introduced by member Black WHEREAS, a resolution of the Vi1l.age Council adopted the 26th day of May 1965 fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of That portion of the Village of Falcon Heights bounded by Roselavsn Avenue, Snelling avenue, Hamline Avenue, and Larpenteur Avenue by the construction of a storm severer drainage area here- after called Improvement 65-1, 1 ANA WHEREAS, said hearing originally scheduled fvr June 30 was postponed by resolution of said council on June 23, 1965 until July 1l~, 1965, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 1l~th day of July 1965 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and WHEREAS, said hearing vs'as then continued to August 18, 1965 in ord®r to receive a report from the Village of Roseville, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE Village of Falcon Heights 1. Said public hearing is continued until September 29th 1965 at 8s00 P.M, in the Village Hall, 161a.?a. West Larpenteur Avenue, Falcon Heights, Minnesota. 2. The Engineer shall obtain a report on the progress of the Roseville Village proceedings, and make such additional studies of the proposed improve- ment as are necessary. Adjournments The foregoing motion was seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofs Warkentien, Strandquist, Black and Stone and the following voted against the same: None.
