Council wil 1 consider improvement of such <br />area in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of abutting and non-abutting and benefited properties in <br />the drainage area for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sees. <br />l~29.011 to l~29,111 (laws of 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$98,230.00. <br />2, $ public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 30th day of June in the council <br />chambers of the Village Ha11 at 8x00 P,M. and the Clerk <br />shall. give published notice of such hearing and improve- <br />ment as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Black and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, <br />Warkentien, Stone, Black and Strandquist and the following <br />voted against the same: None.
