Nays: <br />None, Motion was carried. <br />Resolution correcting Stone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Minutes of the adoptions <br />Meeting of <br />May 26, 1965: WHEREAS, this council in its meeting on May 26, 1965 <br />failed to reflect that the Council took the aforesaid <br />action and <br />!~.~ .1~2~A JroQi-~ <br />5~~i'P- <br />Correction of <br />Minutes of May 26, <br />1965 -(continued) <br />Resolution Calling <br />Public Hearing on <br />Improvement 65-1: <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable that said minutes be <br />corrected to accurately reflect the action of the <br />council at said meeting, <br />NONT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that the minutes of the <br />meeting of May 26, 1965 be and the same hereby are <br />corrected by adding thereto the following resolution <br />which was moved by Black and seconded by Stone and <br />unanimously passed by the Councils <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion adopted May 5, 1965, <br />a preliminary report has been prepared by Bonestroo, <br />Rosene and Associates, the Village Consulting Engineers, <br />with respect to the proposed improvement of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights by the construction of a Northeast <br />Storm Sewer Area, encompassing that part of the Village <br />bounded by Roselawn, Hamline, Larpenteur and Snelling <br />Avenues (hereinafter referred to as Improvement 65-1) and <br />WHEREAS, said engineers have advised this council <br />that the said improvements are feasible and should best <br />be made as proposed, as stated in said report, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights that said report is hereby <br />accepted by the Council. <br />The motion was duly <br />being taken thereon <br />Nilsen, Warkentien, <br />the following voted <br />said resolution was <br />~9hereupon <br />Black introduced the <br />adoption. <br />seconded by Black and upon a vote <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Stone, Black and Strarxiquist and <br />against the same: None.
