1 GI~/~j5 2296 I V~HEREAS said hearing was thereafter continued until August 18, 1965, and was thereafter continued to September 29, 1965 in order to receive a report from the Village of Roseville, NCNP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted Bray 26, 1965; provided, however, that a satisfactory written agreement be entered into between the Village of Falcon Heights, the Village of Roseville and the County of Ramsey for their joint construction and payment of said joint facilities. 2. Plans and specifications prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik aril Associates, Village Consulting Engineers, for such improvement pursuant to Council Resolution, a copy of which plans and specifications is made a part hereof by reference, are hereby approved and shall be filed with the Vi7.lage Clerk. ~i 3. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the off icial paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 8x00 P.M. on February 23, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5~ of the amount of such bid. Adopted by the Council this 29th of September 1965. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, Warkentien, Stone, Black and Strandquist, and the following voted against the samet None. thereupon said resolution was duly declared passed and adopted. Resolution regarding Stone moved adoption of the following resolution: Agreement with the Village of Roseville WHEREAS, the Village Council has approved and ordered and the County of the improvement of the Northeast Area Storm Sewer Project Ramsey: (Improvement 65-1), and 'WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement with the Village of Roseville and the County of Ramsey, i NOW, T~iEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS: 1. The contract in form prepared by the Village Attorney is hereby approved.
