2299 <br />Resolution Authorizing <br />the Payment of Stat®- <br />ment of Cost of <br />Destroying Weeds and <br />Certifying Same to <br />Ramsey County Auditor: <br />WHEREAS, that certain real estate located in the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, owned by Julia <br />Lindig, 1870 West Roselawn Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota <br />described as <br />Ex N 225 feet of South 825 feet W_ of E 25 ft, <br />the South 1,050 feet more or less of the <br />East 1/3 of the North~rest 1/!~ of the East <br />60 acres of the Southwest 1/~ of Sec l6, <br />T29R23 <br />On motion by Strandquist, seconded by Stone and carried, <br />it was voted to adopt the follo~ring resolution certifying <br />statement to the County Auditor for the purpose of having <br />the same extended upon the tax lists and become a lien in <br />the nature of a special assessment upon said property. <br />has been found by the Village Weed Inspector to be <br />infested with noxious weed growth, and <br />WHEREAS, said Weed Inspector caused the notice <br />required by statute to be served upon the said Julia <br />Lindig requiring her to eradicate said weeds, and <br />WHEREAS, said Julia Lindig has not complied with <br />said notice, said Weed Inspector authorized J. W. Koalska <br />to destroy said noxious weed growth standing and. growing <br />upon the above described real estate, and <br />WHEREAS, said J. W. Koalska did comply with the <br />Inspector's authorization to destroy said noxious growth <br />of weed and. has filed his statement of cost of destroying <br />weeds with the Village Clerk in a total amount of $55.00 <br />NOVP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIQiTS, M~OTA <br />1. The Village Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay <br />a sum of X55.00 to J.W. Koalska as the cost of destroying <br />weeds on the above described real estate, and <br />2.
