2298 <br />BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. It is hereby determined that there are delinquent <br />sewer charges against the properties hereinafter set forth, <br />in the amounts set forth opposite the description of such <br />properties. <br />1 <br />2. A special assessment in the amount hereinafter <br />set forth is hereby levied against each of such tracts <br />respectively. <br />3. The total amount of such special assessment, in <br />each case, shall be payable with the 1965 real estate <br />taxes due and payable during 1966. <br />4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified <br />copy of the assessment to the County Auditor to be <br />extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such <br />assessments shall be collected and paid over in the sans <br />manner as other municipal taxes. <br />5.
