2313 <br />maintaining and repairing a surface drainage area <br />between the above parties' two homes at 1776 Tatum <br />and 1768 Tatum, and signed copy of same is on file <br />Tatum Street in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />Drainage: <br />Nilsen moved, seconded by Black that Lindquist <br />Landscaping Company be hereby authorized to proceed <br />with the work necessary in the construction of the <br />drainage area betvreen 1776 and 1768 Tatum, in <br />accordance with the village consulting engineer's <br />plans and specifications and stakings, at a costtn <br />the village of Falcon Heights not to exceed X250.00. <br />Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. <br />Consulting Engineer's letter of November 10 advised that <br />the 1965 Street and Alley Maintenance Pro3ect including <br />the grading work done on the Falcon Heights School skating <br />1965 Street and Alley rink, had been completed and inspected, It is the <br />Maintenance Pro3ect: engineer's recommendation that the Council take <br />necessary action to approve and accept the work and <br />that final payment be made to the contractor, Strand- <br />quist moved, seconded by Warkentien that contractor's <br />estimate No. 2 and final in the amount of X542.00 be <br />paid in accordance with the terms of the contract - <br />to T, A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. Ayes: All. Nays: <br />None. Motion was carried. <br />Insurance After discussion, it was agreed that invitations to <br />bid on comprehensive auto liability insurance on the <br />two fire trucks should show the value of each truck <br />at $1.7,500 and equipment on each truck valued at <br />X7,500. <br />Annual Village Warkentien moved, seconded by Nilsen that the following <br />Elections be appointed election 3udges for the Annual Village <br />Election to be held on December 7, 1965. Polling <br />places Wi11 be open from 12:00 N to 8:00 P,M.
