<br />New Squad Car Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved
<br />Specifications and its adoptions
<br />Ordering Advertise-
<br />ment for Bids: WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the Council,
<br />the Police Commissioner has prepared specifications for
<br />the purchase of one new squad car, and has presented such
<br />specifications to the Council for approval,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
<br />OF Faleon Heights, Minnesota
<br />1. Such specifications, a copy of which is on file
<br />in the Clerks office, are hereby approved,
<br />1
<br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be
<br />inserted in the official paper an advertisement for bids
<br />upon the purchase of such squad car with a t rade-in
<br />allowance on the present car, and without a trade-in
<br />allotivance on the present car. The advertisement shall be
<br />published for one successive week, shall state the speci-
<br />fications, shall state that bids will be opened and considered
<br />by the council at 8:00 P.M, on February 23, 1966 in the
<br />village chambers of the village hall and that no bids will
<br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the clerk.
<br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted for same:
<br />Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone, Black and Warkentien and the
<br />following voted against same: None. Whereupon resolution
<br />was adopted by the council,
<br />Attorney's Report: Attorney Galvin reviewed briefly the costs to various
<br />villages in Ramsey County for municipal courts.
<br />Meeting with Clerk, Justices of the Peace, and Attorney
<br />Galvin shall be set up with regard to Traffic Vio]a bons
<br />Bureau and its operations.

<br />Funds Treasuxe~ be authorized to invest in U, S, Treasury Bi11s
<br />from accaunts as follows:
