2345 <br />of Sec. 21, T. 29,N R. 23 W., exc the southerly <br />630 thereof and sub3ect to Larpenteur Avenue have <br />been presented to the Council, and <br />Larpenteur Manor, Inc. WHEREAS, application for variance has been filed <br />Killmer Nursery along Kith the fee of $5.00 to allo~r garages to be <br />Property - Proposed built within five feet of side lot lines, and <br />Apartment Buildings <br />WHEREAS, conditional use request along with the <br />fee of $5.00 has been submitted to allow multiple <br />family development in a B-1 ~ district in accordance <br />with Ordinance No. 71 amending Zoning Ordinance No. 64 <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has been authorized <br />to review proposed plans for said apartment buildings, <br />NUS, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />CO ~1CIL OF FALCON HEIGHTS that variance application <br />and conditional use application submitted by interested <br />parties above, be referred to the Falcon Heights Planning <br />Commission for its review and recommendations. <br />Motion was duly seconded by Nilsen and upon a vote <br />being taken, the follarring voted in favor thereof: <br />Nilsen, Black, Stone and Warkentien and the following <br />voted against same: None. Whereupon said resolution <br />was adopted by the Council. <br />Art Lindig Request for <br />Variance in Lot 1, Black introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Block 1, Lindig First its adoptions <br />Additions <br />WHEREAS, Art Lindig has made an application for <br />variance and filed the same with the Village of Falcon <br />Heights along with the fee of $5.00, and <br />WHEREAS, the matter has been referred to the <br />Planning Commission for the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights has recommended that said application <br />be denied by reason of the followings <br />(a) The lot size is 5,700 square feet instead of <br />the required 12,500 feet. <br />(b) The construction of a double ~aungalow on part <br />of the same lot which now has a greenhouse means two <br />buildings on one lot which is prohibited. <br />(c) The plan proposed sho~rs only one garage. <br />(d) The back yard set back is only seven feet <br />instead of the required thirty feet. <br />Nom, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVEA that the Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights denies the variance application <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />
