2348 <br />i <br />WHEREAS, in order to successfully construct and operate <br />said facilities, it is necessary to enter into a point agreement <br />between the Village of Falcon .Heights, the Village of Roseville <br />and the County of Ramsey, Minnesota for the construction of said <br />facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights has instructed its <br />Village Attorney and Village Engineer to prepare a suitable <br />agreement between said part3;es for the accomplishment of said <br />ir~prbveinent, and <br />WHEREAS, said agrent has been prepared, reviewed and <br />approved by said Village Attorney and Village Engineer; <br />NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF FALCON HET(~iTS, MINNESOTAs <br />The Mayor is hereby authorised and directed to enter <br />into said contract, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk, <br />in the name of the Village of Falcon Heights for the con- <br />struction of said point facilities, and the sharing of said <br />expenses all in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />previously approved by the Village Council and on file in the <br />office of the Village Clerk. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Motion was seconded by Black and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted for same: Nilsen, Stone, Black <br />and Warkentien and the following voted against same: Non®. <br />Whereupon said resolution was adopted by the Village Council <br />this 9th day of larch 1966. <br />Bills: Stone moved, Warkentien seconded that the following bills be <br />paid.
