r <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />2351,. <br />SPECIAL MEETING HELD APRIL ~., 1966 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting was duly called <br />and held on April !~, 1966 at 7:00 P.M. with the following members presents <br />Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Trustees Warkentien, Stone and Black. Also <br />present were Attorney Galvin, Engineer Joe Anderlik and Treasurer Olsen. At <br />the Councils request, also present was Harold Wedman of Commercial Cartag®, <br />who was the low bidder for the Northeast Storm Sewer Improvement 65-1 (66 1) <br />Pro3ect. <br />Attorney Calvin advised he had been in contact with Mr. Lehmann of the St. Paul <br />Insurance Companies regarding performance bond for Mr. Wedman. The members of <br />the Council addressed questions to Mr. Wedman and such questions and subsequent <br />replies are on file with the Village Clerk. <br />Harold Wedman acknowledged agreement with Attorney Calvin's letter dated <br />April 4, 1966 by signing same as being noted and accepted.
