A11 but two were <br />in favor, <br />Resolution Ordering The following resolution was introduced by Councilman <br />Improvement and Warkentien who moved its adoptions <br />Preparation of Plans <br />for Improvement 66-1 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />N.E.Area Storm SewerVillage of Falcon Heights described as follows <br />Project A-2s <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Larpenteur Avenue <br />and Albert Avenue, thence Easterly in a line parallel to <br />Larpenteur Avenue 50.28 feet, thence Northerly in a line <br />perpendicular to Larpenteur Avenue 172.60 feet, thence <br />Easterly in a line parallel to Larpenteur 2t~6 feet more <br />or less, thence Northerly in a line parallel to Albert <br />Avenue 681 feet more or less, thence Westerly in aline <br />parallel to Larpenteur Avenue l~91.73 feet more or less, <br />thence Southerly 705 feet more or less, thence Westerly <br />in aline parallel to Larpenteur Avenue J~5.7 feet more <br />or less, thence Southerly in a line perpendicular to <br />Larpenteur Avenue 157 feet more or less to the Northerly <br />line of Larpenteur Avenue, thence Easterly in a line <br />parallel to Larpenteur Avernze 292.30 feet more or less <br />to the point of beginning, ( hereinafter described as <br />the Larpenteur-Albert Storm Drainage Area) <br />by the construction of a storm sewer drainage area and to <br />assess the benefited property, whether abutting or not, for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 1.29.011 to l~29.111 (laws of 1953 <br />as amended). <br />NOV4f, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council Resolution adopted May 11, 1966. <br />2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates are <br />hereby designated as the engineers for this improvement, <br />They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken thereon <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, Strandquist, <br />Brack, Stone and Warkentien. And the following voted against <br />the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was duly declared <br />passed and adopted by the Council this 8th day of June 1966. <br />Water on Hemline Mrs. Evelyn Dilger, 1811 Hemline Avenue was present and <br />Avenue -North of explained to the council her many reasons for rejecting the <br />Garden: <br />1811 No. Hemline: <br />
