2386 <br />thereof, that same be constructed, improved and <br />maintained as a Municipal State Street of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, to be numbered and known as Munic- <br />ipal State Aid .Street 105. <br />ADOPTED Jvne 22nd, 1966 <br />Stone seconded the motion and upon a vote being taken, <br />the following voted in favor of lames Strandquist, <br />Black and Stone and the following voted against same: <br />None. Whereupon resolution was declared adopted. <br />Railroad and Copy of Change in Route-Order Before the Railroad and <br />Warehouse Warehouse Commission in the Matter of the Change in <br />Commission: Route 11~lrkwright-So. St. Paul operated by the St. <br />Paul Transit Company was read. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />On Vacation of the At 8x00 P.M. the regular meeting was adjourn®d for the <br />:.`Ruggles Street Public Hearing scheduled to hear all persons present <br />Walkway Between upon a petition for the vacation of the Ruggles Street <br />:Pascal and Holton- Walkway. <br />Continued to <br />July 6, 1966 Stone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoptions <br />WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Council <br />adopted the 25th day of May 1966 fixed a date for a <br />council hearing on the petition of the abutting property <br />owners for the vacation of the Ruggles Street Walkway <br />betgreen Pascal and Holton Avenues, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing <br />through weekly publication of the required notice was <br />given, and <br />1IfHEREAS, on June 8, 1966 upon request of the <br />Attorney for the petitioners, the Village Council agreed <br />to continue said hearing from June 22nd to July 6, 1966, <br />NCA~I, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights that public Hearing is <br />continued until July 6, 1966 at 8s00 P.M. in the Village <br />Hall, 16l~4 West Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Strandquist and upon a vote being taken <br />the vote was recorded as follows Ayes: All.
