Letter also called attention to boulevard <br />repair and cleanup, Sections 17 and 20 of the <br />contract. <br />Directorys County Auditor Monick sent copies of 1966 Ransey <br />County Directory of County, City, Village, Town <br />and School District Officers. <br />Sanitary Server Attorney Galvinss letter dated July 8 enclosed <br />Rates copy of letter from Chief Engineer Eugene Avery <br />of Department of Public Works, City of Saint Paul <br />Avery~s letter was supplement to recent letter con- <br />cerning status of $e~rerage rate study by Saint Paul, <br />which has not progressed to a point where report <br />can be rendered. Clerk was instructed to address <br />communication in ansr~er, stating that in view of the <br />assurance that there is progress being made, this <br />Village will not withhold any payment for sewer <br />rental this quarter ended June 30, 1966, as other <br />municipalities have done. <br />Bureau of the Letter dated July 8, 1966 from the U. S. Department <br />Census of Commerce, Bureau of the Census, Washington, D. C. <br />advised that the Bureau has been developing and <br />utilizing computer system to assign geographic codes <br />to addresses. Request was made for assistance from <br />this Village. Clerk was requested to comply with <br />request. <br />P.E.R.A. Letter from the Public Employees Retirement Assoc- <br />Willis Warkentien iation was read regarding buy back privileges for <br />Buy-back Privileges Willis Warkentien, who inquired about same. <br />Chain Sari Village Council authorized purchase of a chain sarP <br />Purchaseds to be used by Village Maintenance Department at a <br />cost of $1.7l~.20.
