So it will have to be all <br />three. <br />Resolution to Black introduced the following resolution and <br />Continue 3~earing: moved its adoptions <br />WHERF,I~5, it has been called to the attention of <br />the council that the back lot line of the three <br />lots in Block }~, Lindig Addition No. 3 would be <br />staggered if subdivision as presented were allowed, <br />and <br />WHEREAS it has been determined that owners of <br />property adjacent to the three lots in question <br />are interested in negotiating with Art Lindig for <br />possible purchase of part of the land, in order <br />that common back lot line can be established <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT this Hearing <br />regarding Subdivision of Lindig Addition No. 3, <br />three lots in Block !~ and two lots in Block 5 be <br />and is hereby continued until the next regular meet- <br />ing of the Village Council in order to give owners <br />of the adjacent property and prospective purchasers <br />chance to negotiate. The foregoing motion was duly <br />seconded by Stone and upon a vote, the following <br />voted for same: Strandquist, Warkentien, Stone and <br />Black and the following voted against: None. <br />Whereupon said motion was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />Florian Lauer lire you also considering these two lots west of <br />1738 Tatums Lindig Street? The condition <br />of the grounds and the traffic situation imposed on <br />village streets during rush periods ware the topics <br />under discussion.
