Nilsen <br />moved, seconded by Black that Estimate No. 3 in the amount <br />of x$,510.82 be approved for payment. Ayes: All. Nays: <br />None. Motion was carried. <br />Tree Stumps - Stone moved that Village Council authorize removal of <br />Chipping: stumps of trees removed by the village at the following <br />addresses: 1777 Simpson Street and 1la16 West Larpenteur <br />Avenue. Seconded by Strandquist. Ayes: All. Nays: <br />None. Motion was carried. <br />Ordinance No. 78 - An <br />Ordinance Amending It was moved by Stone, seconded by Black and unanimously <br />Ordinance 27 approved to adopt Ordinance No. 78 which is an amendment <br />Licensing and to Ordinance No. 27 Licensing and Regulating the Operation <br />Regulating the of Gasoline Filling Stations. Said Ordinance shall take <br />Operation of effect and be enforced from and after its passage and <br />Gasoline Filling publication. <br />Stations: <br />Building of Double Nilsen moved, seconded by Black that on the basis of <br />Garage - 1l~03 West inspection made by the 1~,gayor and Councilmen, that the <br />California Avenue: location of the garage being built at 1lt03 West C alifornia <br /> Avenue (Harold Arneman) be approved where the sla b has <br /> been placed. Same shall be considered a continua tion of <br /> the non-conforming use of the property, and is co ntingent <br /> upon builder obtaining a building permit. Ayes: All. <br /> Nays: None.
