Idaho Avenue has <br />`_ made application for variance and filed the.same with the <br />Zoning Administrator for the Village of Falcon Heights along <br />with the fee of X5.00, and <br />WHEREAS, the matter has been referred to the Planning <br />Commission,. <br />NCFN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council. <br />of Falcon Heights grants the variance request made by Ronald <br />A. Mitsch on the 2nd day of September for variance of that <br />property described as Lot 13, Block 3, Northome 3rd Addition <br />which property is presently zoned, as R-1 all under the <br />provisions of Section 16.05, Ordinance No. 61~ of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights. <br />The granting of this variance application allows the appli- <br />cant to build an addition to his house, to within four feet <br />of the east property line, in accordance with the plan sutr <br />witted. It is noted herein that the neighbor on the east, <br />' Richard Carlson of ].la.53 W. Idaho Avenue has informed the <br />council in writing that he is in complete agreement with <br />the proposed addition being four feet from the lot lin®. <br />The motion was duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote being <br />' taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Nilsen, <br />Black, Stone and Warkentien and the following voted against <br />sames None.
