None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was adopted this 28th day of <br />September 1966. <br />Amended Application After discussion regarding the amended application for <br />for Variances- variance submitted by William Helms, 17$9 No. Asbury, <br />William Helms Warkentien introduced the following resolution and moved <br />1789 No. Asburys its adoption: <br />WHEREAS, William Helms, 1789 North Asbury, has made <br />an amended application for variance and filed the same with <br />the Zoning Administrator for the Village of Falcon Heights <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the matter has been referred to the Planning <br />Commission. of Falcon Heights for-its consideration and <br />recommendations, and <br />' S, the Planning Commission has recommended that <br />said application be denied by reason of the followings <br />(1) back of permission from adjacent property owners <br />to the north, -- <br />NCAA~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />- Village of Falcon Heights that said amended application <br />for variance is hereby denied for construction of a garage <br />at 1789 North Asbury at 'a distance of l~ feet from the north <br />.-lot line. - <br />- ;BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that inasmuch as the Planning <br />Commission recommends that.the variance application pre- <br />viously submitted by William Helms under date of August 18, <br />1966 be granted, that the Council concur and grant said <br />variance. Same will allow garage to be built on the south <br />side of said property to within five feet of the lot line <br />in lieu of the required 72 feet required for a two story <br />house. Motion was carried and resolution adopted.. <br />Iri view of complaints received from residents regarding <br />business operations being carried on by N. D. Otterkill. at <br />175. North Holtoni Black contacted Otterkill on September 26, <br />1966.. Otterkill stated that all equipment and supplies and <br />office, which are presently in his garag® at above address, <br />will be moved to a new location outside of this village. <br />
