2.71 REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 9, 1966 1 i The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P,M. with the follo~ring present: Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Councilmen Black and Stone. Warkentien entered. during the course of the meeting. Also present were Attorney Kyle, Engine®r Lemberg, who entered during the course of the meeting. Absent: 1Yi11iam E, Olsen, Treasurer. Mrs. Betty Irish represented the League of women Voters. Robert Bixby from Anoka State College was an observer. Correspondence: Ind. School Letter dated November 2, 1966 signed by Emmet D,~Yilliams, Dist._623 Superintendent of Schools Independent School Des trict 623 Supplementary stated that district is planning a school bond election to Bond Issue: be held December 8, 1966 regarding supplementary bond issue to provide funds for a new elementary school, an elementary school addition, res~deling senior high facilities, s quip- ment, landscaping and assessments.
