Larpenteux~-Snelling Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Councilman Black and Signal Revisions Engineer Lemberg met_with representatives of_the Minnesota. . Highway Department on November 8, 1966, at the Highway Building.to discuss the Larpenteur-Snelling signal revisions.. At that meeting, it was reported that State Highway Comm- issioner Jamieson instructed E. J. McCubrey, District Engineer, to proceed with the plans. It was stated that bids shall be let this fall with completion of project anticipated no earlier than six to nine months. It was the feeling of councilmen in attendance that the Village of Falcon Heights would not contribute to any of the cost of this project. Black moved that the Village Consulting Engineer be authorized to draft a letter addressed to Roy Rlatt, Administrator of Conrad KLattts Estate, to be signed by the Village Clerk. Said. letter shall advise Mr. Klatt of the form and content necessary for a final plot plan, all in accordance with Ordinance No. b9, in relation to th® property legally described as follows Unplatted Lands Subj to Ruggles St over S 6 ft and Subj to Roselawn Ave. Part E of E Line of Klatts Add and NLY EXT,of SD E Line of Nw1/2 of ~' 16 acres of E 24 acres of .NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of _ 15 2923 Further moved that inasmuch as administrator of said estate plans to dedicate to the public all of~street to be kno~m as Sheldon Street, that such dedication be shown on final plot plan.
