Council deemed it advisable to have <br /> repairs made at a cost not to exceed X62.45. <br />Larpenteux~-Snelling Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Councilman Black and <br />Signal Revisions Engineer Lemberg met_with representatives of_the Minnesota. <br />. Highway Department on November 8, 1966, at the Highway <br /> Building.to discuss the Larpenteur-Snelling signal revisions.. <br /> At that meeting, it was reported that State Highway Comm- <br /> issioner Jamieson instructed E. J. McCubrey, District <br /> Engineer, to proceed with the plans. It was stated that <br /> bids shall be let this fall with completion of project <br /> anticipated no earlier than six to nine months. It was <br /> the feeling of councilmen in attendance that the Village <br /> of Falcon Heights would not contribute to any of the <br /> cost of this project. <br />Proposed Klatt Plat Letter from Engineer Lemberg under date of November 7, <br />Roselawn Avenue and 1966 stated in part that there were tyro items of question <br />H~.i-ne: _ regard3.ng the Proposed Kl.att Plat. It further stated <br />that upon receipt of a final accepted plat and upon order <br />of the Village Council, the consulting engineers will proceed <br />with plans and specifications for necessary water, suer <br />and street construction. To date, only the preliminary <br />plans have been submitted by Roy Klatt. <br />Black moved that the Village Consulting Engineer be <br />authorized to draft a letter addressed to Roy Rlatt, <br />Administrator of Conrad KLattts Estate, to be signed by <br />the Village Clerk. Said. letter shall advise Mr. Klatt of <br />the form and content necessary for a final plot plan, all <br />in accordance with Ordinance No. b9, in relation to th® <br />property legally described as follows <br />Unplatted Lands Subj to Ruggles St over S 6 ft <br />and Subj to Roselawn Ave. Part E of E Line of <br />Klatts Add and NLY EXT,of SD E Line of Nw1/2 of <br />~' 16 acres of E 24 acres of .NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of <br />_ 15 2923 <br />Further moved that inasmuch as administrator of said estate <br />plans to dedicate to the public all of~street to be kno~m <br />as Sheldon Street, that such dedication be shown on final <br />plot plan. Motion was duly seconded by Warkentien and upon <br />a vote the following voted for s awes Nilsen, Strandquist~ <br />V+(arkentien, Black and Stone and the follar~ring against; <br />None.
