2527 <br />Improvements to Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Arona Street adoption; <br />between Larpenteur <br />and Cal ifornia Resolution Ordering Public Hearing <br />Avenuess <br />~`~~, the Village Council deems it necessary and <br />expedient that the Village of Falcon Heights, Ati.nnesota <br />construct certain improvements consisting of street, and <br />curb and gutter as described in and in accordance with <br />preliminary plans and reports prepared by Bonestroo,~ <br />Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, consulting engineers, and <br />Y~HERI",AS, the Council has been advised by the consulting <br />engineers that the proposed improvements are feasible and <br />should best be made as proposed, azd the consulting engineer <br />has reported to this effect, and <br />~~~~%A.S, the statute provides that no such improvements <br />shall be made until the Council shall have held a public <br />hearing on such improvements following tvuo publications <br />in the official newspaper of a notice stating time and <br />place of the hearing, the general nature of the improve- <br />ments, the estimated costs thereof and the area proposed <br />to be assessed, <br />NOYd, TH~.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Fal con.Heights, Minnesotan <br />1.
