2557 <br />Application for Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> Variances adoption: <br /> Donald W. Adead <br /> Klatt~s Add. WHEREAS Donald bY. Mead has made application for <br /> No. 2: variance and filed the same with the Village Council of <br /> Falcon Heights along with the fee of $5.00, and <br /> WHEREAS, the matter has been referred to the <br /> Planning Commission for the Village of Falcon Heights, and <br /> WHE~.EAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that <br /> said application be granted subject to the followings <br /> _. 1. Side yard setback of 15 feet from boulevard line <br /> along Ruggles Avenue to outside wall of garage and/or <br /> house. Construction to be such that south wall of <br /> _ building will not be closer to Ruggles Avenue than <br /> existing houses at 186I~ Albert and 1863 ,Albert Street. <br /> NC1ffP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village <br /> Council of the Village of Falcon Heights grants the <br /> variance application made by Donald W. Mead on the 1 1 th <br /> day of May 1967 for variance use of that property described <br /> as Lot 7, Block t~, located on the northwest corner of <br /> Sheldon and Ruggles in Klattts Addition No. 2, which <br /> property is presently zoned as R-1 all under the provisions <br /> of Sec. 16.05, Ord.. No. 6t~ of the Village of Falcon Heights <br /> subject to the side yard set back as recommended. by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Warkentien.
