2579 <br />West Falcon Floods <br />Play <br />round Erling Hallanger representing the West Falcon Woods <br />g <br />Association Playground Association announced the Ninth Annual <br />Barbecue of that <br /> <br />barbecue: association and invited councilmen <br />to attend. <br />Traffic Signs on <br />Larpenteur Avenue: Paul Coppini, Falcon Heights Justice of the Peace, <br />discussed <br />ith th <br /> vr <br />e council the various speeds allowed <br />in Falcon Heights, particularly the changes in speed on <br /> Larpenteur from Hamline Avenue to Cleveland Avenue. <br />Resolution Relating <br />to Apportionment of Strandquist introduced the following resolution and moved <br />it <br />d <br /> s a <br />option: <br />Northeast Storm Sewe r <br />Assessments: BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br /> of Falcon Heights, .Minnesota as followss <br /> WHERF~AS, the assessment roll as finally amended and <br /> adopted on October 5, 1966, relating to the Northeast <br /> Storm Sewer Improvement (6,5-1) of the Village of Falcon <br /> Heights has been certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> County, and <br />ti"1HERF.AS, since that date, a parcel of property con- <br />tained within said assessment roll has been replatted by <br />the property owners, and <br />WHERF.~AS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each <br />original tract where it has later been divided, sold or <br />conveyed be made by the Village of Falcon Heights in order <br />that said County Auditor can extend the proper assessment <br />against each parcel of property thereafter. <br />NOVIf, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights hereby makes the following apportionment of <br />original assessments against the following described <br />properties <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT <br />1. Subject to Ruggles St. over 6 ft., and subject <br />to Roselawn Ave., part. E of E line of Klatt~s Add. <br />and Nly extension of ad E line, of N 1 2 of W 16 <br />acres of E 2!~ acres of NE 1/!~ of SW l~ of <br />Sec. l~, T 29, R 23 ~2'S$7•~6 <br />2.
