<br />Said resolution was duly seconded by Nilsen and upon a vote
<br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereofs
<br />Nilsen, Strandquist and Stone and the following voted in
<br />oppositions None. Whereupon said resolution was declared
<br />duly passed and adopted.
<br />Nilsen introduced the following resolution and moved its
<br />adoptions
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by `the Village Council of the Village
<br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, as follows
<br />V~HEREAS, the assessment roll as finally amended and
<br />adopted on August 15, 1957, relating to the Sanitary Sewer
<br />Improvement (65-1) of the Village of Falcon Heights has
<br />been certified to. the County Audito of Ramsey County, and
